At BARTYN, we combine craftsmanship and traditional looks with technical innovation. Slimline 28 was born out of precisely this ambition. The desire of building owners, architects and heritage authorities for exceptionally slim wooden window profiles prompted us to develop a profile that combines traditional appearance with state-of-the-art engineering. With a sightline of just 28 mm, Slimline 28 is the consistent evolution of our philosophy. It shows what Tradition reinvented means to us: preserving the delicate appearance of classic windows while creating solutions that meet today’s energy standards with double or triple glazing. It is the technical culmination of our vision.

Does BARTYN really make windows and doors to measure?

Yes. For seven years, BARTYN has exclusively produced made-to-measure wooden windows and front doors – no series production, no standard stock. Every order is manufactured individually for your project, from a historic existing building to a demanding new design.

Is BARTYN suitable for listed buildings and historic windows?

That is our speciality. We produce 1:1 replicas of historic windows and front doors from your photos, single-axis curved (spherical) windows for Art Nouveau buildings, and our particularly slender in-house profile „Slimline 28“, valued by architects and heritage conservationists for its slim sightlines. On request, we actively support you with 3D simulations in negotiations with the heritage authority.

How quickly do I get a quote?

Usually within 2–3 days, once the technical key points have been clarified.

What about quality and complaints?

Our complaint rate is below 1%. Should something nevertheless be defective and the fault lies at least 50% with us, we replace it free of charge – without lengthy negotiations. We see ourselves as a cooperation partner, not just a supplier.

Does BARTYN offer materials other than wood?

Wood is our core competence – including made-to-measure interior doors, wrought-iron grilles, wood carvings and fire protection up to EI120. In addition, we supply aluminium windows and doors in the Aluprof system, wood-aluminium constructions and PVC lift-and-slide doors.

Who does BARTYN work for and in which countries?

We work across Europe in the B2B sector for window installation companies, joineries and architects – above all in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
