We develop our windows with character in our interdisciplinary team by making use of the knowledge and expertise of both German and Polish carpenters, glaziers and engineers. In doing so, we also focus on the latest standards in terms of energy efficiency and technology, as well as on your own particular requirements. In this way, we create windows that provide you with unique solutions.

We are passionate about the manufacture of windows with special character for use in listed buildings. We see this as a matter of preserving and creating values. To fulfil the requirements of listed buildings, we have developed special profiles which allow the essential structure of a historical house to remain intact despite the modernisation process, without losing out on the benefits of contemporary window and door technology. The windows which BARTYN has designed for listed buildings fulfil all the necessary requirements in terms of having the most up-to-date thermal insulation, airtightness and resistance to even driving rain, as well as with regard to sound insulation and protection against break-ins.

A growing share of our work runs on AI-powered tools. If you can use them — or build them — you’ll find an unusual amount of room to shape things for a company our size.

How we work: Our windows and doors are made at our production site in Poland. Our sales team works wherever it makes sense for the customer and the task — on site, remotely, or a mix of both. If you enjoy travelling to customers and getting to know our markets first-hand, you’ll be especially welcome. Whether it’s permanent employment or freelance work is something we’ll discuss with you — not decide by a template.
